The construction of a new gigantic historical monument is always a challenging task for the construction workers and the engineers. First of all, all these monuments have been built for the first time without any existing models. Hence, making the task of design engineers very challenging. Secondly, the sheer size of these monuments, the logistics and construction timing constraint make the task even more difficult. Here we present the rare photos of the construction of Seven of the most historic and gigantic monuments of our time. Most notable among them are Christ The Redeemer, the Eiffel Tower, the Tower Bridge, the Statue of Liberty and the San Franciso’s Golden Gate Bridge.
