Smartphones are increasingly used to take great pictures. They are sometimes used as a substitute for the digital cameras. In this video, Lorenz Holder uses an iPhone 5s for taking these shots but nothing prevents you from trying these techniques with other smartphone models.

Technique # 1 : While taking a panoramic photo with someone as a model in it, tell him to change positions once he no longer appears in the field of view of the phone. In the end, you can have a panorama with the model at four different places. They call this technique the Panodash.
Technique # 2 : By placing your phone upside down, take a pan0rama photo from moving car. The result will definitely stun you.
Technique # 3 : Place binoculars on the lens of your phone to use as zoom. You will not loose quality of your picture.
Technique # 4 : Put a small drop of water on the lens to shoot. You will be able to shoot things of small size, for example a spider.
Technique # 5 : Use a car foil screen to reflect the light. The light will be channeled exclusively to your model. Your picture will look like the one made in a photo studio.
Technique # 6 : Make a tripod and use headphones to trigger photo by pressing the “+”. The selfies can then be done without visible arms in the photo.
Technique # 7 : Take pictures in the water by putting your smartphone into an empty glass. Dip the glass partially in water and take the picture. The result will definitely stun you.
We definitely like these techniques and would like to try some of them to take photos using our smartphone.
