Eight million colorful flower petals cover a small village in Costa Rica while filming for a commercial of the Sony brand. We make you feel this avalanche of colors that will overwhelm your eyes!
As part of the promotion of this new Sony TV of the resolution 4K , the SONY team and the villagers spent weeks collecting no less than eight million petals with a total weight of 3.5 tonnes and then buried them in a volcano in Costa Rica! And nothing was left to chance as the eight million petals represent each pixel in the 4K TV. Attention to detail is worth noticing. The gorgeous magical video has been taken by the the agency McCann and photographs by Nick Meek.

We were amazed by this video and the scope of the project. Sony has really managed to amaze us with these variegated colors! We’d love to be in the place of the villagers and contemplate the shower of flower petals. Would you enjoy such a spectacle in the streets of Paris?
