In the previous, Chinese authorities had discovered students using high-tech gadgets for cheating in university entrance exam “Gaoko”. They used wireless gadgets to get answers from their helpers outside. As a response, this year drones have been used to counter cheating. Equipped with wireless sensors they monitor radio signals above the exam hall for the signs of any suspicious communication. So far, they did not any thing abnormal.
As many students around the world are undergoing exams just before the summer break, the invigilators are doing everything to prevent students from cheating. Last year, Chinese authorities had discovered the use of high tech wireless gadgets for cheating. This year about nine million students are taking this high-tech exam. In order to counter this tendency, this year they are using high-tech drones that hover about 500 meters above the examination center. They intercept the radio signals to know if any student might be receiving the answer in his hidden ear piece wirelessly.
