Tippi Degre, the daughter of the photographers, spent her childhood in the company of animals of Savannah. For 10 years, she lived among the greatest predators such as tigers, leopards and crocodiles. Today, we invite you to discover the breathtaking beauty of her life with animals!
Born in Namibia and daughter of photographers Alain Degre and Sylvie Robert, Tippi Degre is not an ordinary child. She passed earlier years of her life among Savannah animals. Whether riding on the back of Ostrich and elephant, or playing with tigers and snakes, the little girl had totally unique and privileged relationship with the animals.
Her mother says, “she is a very lucky girl because she was born and raised in the wild until the age of 10 years. She still spends more time with animals than humans. She really thinks that they are all her friends. She tries to live in this condition “.
The most amazing thing in this friendship between Tippi and animals is probably their behaviour. According to the parents, the animals have never been violent to her. Even the Ostrich does not run when the child was on his back, to prevent her from falling.
Today, Tippi is 23 years old and after a difficult return to France, she studied film and is very close to animals like tiger Fort Boyard with whom she has worked. She tells her story through the book ” My Book of Africa “. We leave you now to discover her fabulous story in pictures.
