For a month, a former public housing building was transformed into a beautiful temporary museum dedicated to Street Art. “La Tour Paris 13” closed its doors to visitors on 31st October, 2013 and now faces certain demolition. We pay tribute to this magnificent museum.
On October 31, 2013 “La Tour Paris 13” opened its door for the last time to the art lovers. They had every reason to be there as the building housed the finest pieces of artworks. In total, 80 street-artists illustrated their incredible and amazing creativity on the walls of this building.
During the last days of its life, some visitors even waited for 6 hours to be able to enter this building. Some came to say “goodbye” to one of the best museums of the street art. You certainly feel a twinge of heart thinking about the demolition of the building , but the beauty of this project lies precisely in the fact that it is short-lived
“La Paris Tour 13” was certainly one of the finest exhibitions. Would you like to visit this unique place in the world, now inaccessible?
