Thanks to Sweat Machine, the sweat will soon no longer be a bothersome! In fact, a team of Swedish engineers has designed this machine to produce drinking water from the sweat of your body.

Sweat Machine is the result of a collaboration between UNICEF and the company Deportivo. Its operation is very simple: once you have completed your physical exertion, slide your clothing soaked with sweat in the machine. It will make a spin to isolate the liquid and then filter it from any bacteria or the presence of salts. Then you get pure water ready for drinking!
The athletes were the first to test the sweat machine by providing their sweated shirts during the Gothia Cup. In Sweden, almost one in thousand people have already tasted this special water. While the fact that water is produced from sweat may dissuade some people, the designers of the machine ensure that the water produced is “cleaner than tap water.”
